Behind every task is a gift. A success circle gathers those who share the same gift, so they can sharpen one another and grow in how they serve.

We use the word gift in its widest biblical sense: every good ability comes from above (James 1:17), and each of us is called to steward what we've received in service to one another (1 Peter 4:10). Scripture also speaks of gifts in a narrower way — graces the Spirit gives believers to build up the body: encouragement, teaching, mercy, service (Romans 12:6-8). The two meet here. Whether you teach, build, cook, counsel, or keep the books, the skill is the vehicle; the grace behind it, and the body it serves, is what makes it ministry.
